3. Data Storage (Google Forms)

Our boarding intake and contracts are managed via Google Forms. When you submit a form, your data is stored securely within the Google Workspace environment. We do not store your sensitive boarding contract data directly on our WordPress server.

4. Photography & Social Media

We enjoy taking “glamour shots” of our guests to share with our community. However, we respect your preferences:

Opt-In Choice: Our boarding contract includes a specific checkbox for photography. We only share photos of your rabbit on our website or social media if you have explicitly opted in. As part of our commitment to privacy, we will remove any photo from our website or social media upon request.
Anonymity: To protect your privacy, we generally do not use rabbit names or owner details in our public social media posts.
Control: You may revoke your photography consent at any time, and we will promptly remove any requested images from our digital platforms.

5. Data Protection & Sharing

No Selling: We do not—and will never—sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Emergency Medical Care: In the event your rabbit requires emergency veterinary attention during their stay, we will share necessary medical and contact information with the attending veterinarian.
Site Analytics: Like most websites, we use basic tools (such as Rank Math or Google Analytics) to monitor site traffic and improve our user experience. These tools may use cookies, but they do not identify you personally.
Right to Forget: Your Right to Forget includes any data submitted via our intake forms, which are stored securely within our Google Workspace environment. We will purge this data upon verified request.
